Green Line to Saskatoon
Bostonist
June 28, 2006

A music video set on the T. Sure it's not as glamorous as Puff Daddy (when he was still Puff Daddy) rolling on the moving walkways of Chicago's O'Hare. It is, however, our very own transit system, set to music in a amateur style video for the Minor Thirds. Their album Saskatchewan features the dream of one Bostonian who wants to escape the city and go to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This video for the first track on the disc titled "Boston" appears to show the dreamer trying to take the Green Line past Lechmere all the way to Canada. The video opens with descent into the Park Street station and hopping an outbound Green Line trolley – it's not likely to take you to Saskatchewan unless the T hasn't been forthcoming in the Green Line extension plans.

Note: Point of reference, Saskatchewan is the Canadian province roughly north of Montana.
