The Minor Thirds

Friday, June 8, 2007

We had a CD pre-release party BBQ funtime house show. Steven R. Arntson came down from Seattle to play the concertina for us, Jesse Matheson sidled down from Vancouver, B.C., to sing some goofy and fun songs for us, and our own Martin Mushrush played some of his state-bound love songs. People came and filled up the living room and ate veggie burgers and a good time was had by all. We played a little too long but no one seemed to complain.

Perhaps I'll add more later. Here's the setlist:

1. The Homonculus Stomp
2. Houston
3. Adam And Eve On A Raft
4. One Thousand Bones, One Million Years (August)
5. Your Wedding (June)
6. Swatch Memorial
7. I Didn't Think The Oracle Was Talking To Me [Celesteville]
8. Omaha
9. Salt Lake City
10. 300
11. Yawning (in stereo)
12. Moose Jaw
